Scheduled All-Calls Report to PDF and e-Mail

JEDWare´s 3CX All Call Report

The PDF end result for an 3CX All Call Report will look similar to the one below. Containing All your Calls in a list format.

The PDF file has the following format:

Date, Totals, Inbound, Outbound, Internal, Lost, Avg. Waiting Time, Avg. Talk Time, Avg. per day, Answered per day, and lastly the summary of all calls and figures.

If you selected Complete report

If you select Complete Report, you will get a list of all calls from page 2 – ~

Complete reports include a detailed list of all calls made within the search period, in addition to the summary that is generated normally. Please note that toggling this option may increase the server load while generating as the PDF file may be a lot bigger.

How to set up an All Call Report.

You find the Scheduled Tasks from the menu: Reports -> Task. Here you will see our menu headlines, CSV GENERATION, and PDF GENERATION, please click on the PDF GENERATION

Click on the Create Button

JEDWare Standard Create Button

-and select the All Calls Report template from the PDF Report templates in the list.

Click OK, and we are ready to set up the All Call´s Report

There isn’t really any special settings for this report, as it is a static report containing all totals, and if selected all calls for the period: 

The only thing you need to consider is if you want all calls listed in the Report from page 2 and onwards. (See selection box marked 1 above)

PLEASE NOTE: A Complete report includes a detailed list of all calls made within the search period, in addition to the summary that is generated normally. Please note that selecting this option may increase the 3CX Server load while generating as the PDF File may be a lot bigger.

1.) Name and schedule this PDF report.

1a.) Name the report

1b.) Select the Interval for this Report generation:

Daily, weekly, or Monthly

1c.) Select the Range of this report,

If you selected Daily In the above Interval, you can now select Today or Yesterday

If you selected Weekly, you now have to select a day for this Report generation

If you selected Monthly you will have to select First or Last day of the Month for this report generation

1d.) Now set the Time for your Report Generation

1e.) Select the Date format,

Please select 24 Hours, or AM/PM Time / Date format.

1f.) Select your timezone

This can be handy if the server is split between different Countries and this report is to be used at a specific timezone. Eg. the Server is placed in Norway, but the user that needs the report is placed in the US, here you can select a US TimeZone, and the report will use the US local timezone for the creation of this Report.

1g.) Select the direction of the PDF File,

Select between Landscape or Portrait

1h.) Type in the e-Mail of the receiver of this report

2.) At last, remember to click the Create Button

Your automatic PDF generation is now scheduled to run. and the report will be e-mailed to you as soon as it has been created.

3.) Overview of your Scheduled Reports

In the Tasks, you will find your Scheduled Reports. From here you can Enable / Disable the Schedule, you can edit the Scheduled Report, you can Delete your Schedules Report, and you are able to Run the report “right now”, to check out if your report settings are as expected.
