Layout 6 is the “twin wallboard” to Layout 5, but with inbound calls instead of outbound calls. As this wallboard will need to track queues, instead of extensions.
Wallboard 6 will need a Queue, to be able to show the top Figures:
In the wallboard settings, you will need to add one single queue, for us to be able to do the tracking.
Hereafter you can add the agents to track inbound calls from the AGENT Menu
Remember to click save when you are done.
