Wallboard Layout 9 - Single Queue with Queue Call-Back updates
The Wallboard Layout 9 is built based on Layout 1, with the difference that we calculate successful Queue CallBacks as answered calls. This layout will display all statistics in large boxes that grant you an excellent overview also on the big TV screen.
Shows all queue members’ current extension status and queue status
Shows the current amount of callers waiting in queue
Shows how long the current first in the queue has been waiting
Shows the average wait time since last reset for this specific queue
Shows the number of answered calls in both numeric and percent including a graph. These numbers will add successful Queue CallBacks to answered calls – AND remove the corresponding lost call.
Shows the number of abandoned calls / lost Queue CallBacks since the last reset for this specific queue
Shows the total number of Queue CallBacks answered by agents.
Shows the message specified in the wallboard message.
