Which IPs and ports is JEDWare using?

Ports

The JEDWare integration reuses the Nginx configuration of your 3CX server, so it uses the same HTTPS port as the 3CX web console: 443 or 5001, whichever you configured. No extra ports are needed.

IP addresses to allow

FQDNIPUsed for
app.jed-ware.com and api.jed-ware.com35.186.192.62 and 35.205.116.35 (Belgium)The JEDWare cloud pulls data from your integration
jed-ware.com77.243.47.98 and 77.243.47.99 (Denmark)JEDWare support, only needed when you want us to help you troubleshoot

Allow them in two places: your internet-facing firewall, and the 3CX console restrictions.

Add the IPs to the 3CX console restrictions

  1. Open the 3CX Admin Console and go to Security, Console restrictions (the allow list for the web console; the exact menu name varies slightly between 3CX versions).
  2. Add the four IP addresses above.
  3. From the 3CX server, ping each IP. Every one has to answer. A timeout means your firewall blocks the traffic.

If your firewall uses geo-blocking, allow Belgium (the JEDWare cloud) and Denmark (JEDWare support).
