You need a 3CX Pro or Enterprise license and a JEDWare license with the same number of simultaneous calls.
Example: with a 32 simultaneous-call 3CX Pro license you need a 32 simultaneous-call JEDWare license.
When you upgrade your 3CX license, for example from 16 to 24 simultaneous calls, upgrade the JEDWare license too, from your user page at customer.jed-ware.com. JEDWare compares the two and blocks the integration when the JEDWare license is smaller than the 3CX license.
