How to restart the JEDWare service

Here is how you restart your JEDWare Integration service on Linux and Windows.

If your JEDWare integration status says: No connection could be made, it can be necessary to restart your JEDWare service.

Please note, restarting the JEDWare services will not change any behavior in 3CX. However, restarting the Nginx service will make the presence of your 3CX unfunctional for a few seconds.

Restart JEDWare on Debian:

sudo systemctl restart JEDWare

or

sudo systemctl stop JEDWare
sudo systemctl start JEDWare

Restart Nginx and JEDWare on Debian:

sudo systemctl restart nginx
sudo systemctl restart JEDWare

Restart JEDWare on Windows:

    1. Open services.msc:
      • Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard, to open the “Run” windows. Then, type “services.msc” and hit Enter or press OK.
    2. Restart the JEDWare Integration
      • In the Services pop-up, select the JEDWare Integration application and click the Restart Service button.
    3. Validate that the connection is now established on app.jed-ware.com.
