JEDWare lets AI assistants read your 3CX call statistics. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor and any other client that speaks MCP connect to the JEDWare Statistics API and can then answer questions such as how many calls a queue lost last week, which agent had the longest talk time yesterday, or how the sales department compares with support this month, in plain language and with the same figures the reports show.
Two kinds of connection are covered. Desktop and command line clients such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor are configured with your API key and talk to the API directly. The web versions of claude.ai and ChatGPT use a custom connector: you sign in once with your API key on the authorization page, and the assistant keeps the connection. Either way the assistant only reads statistics; it cannot change anything in JEDWare or 3CX.
