JEDWare stores as little as possible. Call data is fetched from your 3CX server when you run a report and is not kept; wallboard data goes straight from your integration to your browser. The table lists every kind of 3CX data the integration can see and what happens to it. JEDWare is hosted in the EU.

* Agent status data and your consent
3CX does not keep a history of agent status changes or queue logins and logouts, so JEDWare records them from the day the integration is installed. They are used only for the Agent status reports and the wallboards. Because a status like Break or Lunch can count as personal data, an administrator has to decide whether we may keep them.
- Accept: JEDWare keeps recording, and the Agent status reports work.
- Decline: JEDWare stops recording and deletes everything collected so far within one month. The deletion cannot be undone. The Agent status reports are disabled.
- Not decided yet: the Agent status reports stay disabled until an administrator accepts or declines.
The question is shown to users with the Admin role in JEDWare. If you are not the right person to decide, close it and let an administrator answer; it comes back until someone does. A decision can be changed later in Admin settings. After a decline, recording starts again from the day of the new consent; deleted data does not come back.
