Call Flow Designer

The Call Flow Designer lets you draw how calls travel through your 3CX as steps, ports and arrows instead of clicking through inbound rules, IVRs and queues one by one. Import the routing you already have, add opening hours, menus, queues and destinations, and see the whole path from the first ring to the agent on one canvas.

Nothing goes live by accident. A flow is tested in the sandbox first, a reserved number range where you can call the menus and queues without touching the numbers customers use. When the flow is ready, Publishing shows every change it will make to 3CX for review before it is applied. Every publish keeps the previous routing, so Undo last publish takes you back in one click and the history shows what changed when.

Flows can also run as a single 3CX call script together with a flow.json file, deployed through the integration, which suits partners who manage many phone systems. Access is limited: the Call Flow Designer needs a license, is available to administrators only, and live publishing is switched on per account.

The guides below explain what the Call Flow Designer is, how to build a flow, sandbox versus live testing, publishing, undo and history, running a flow as a call script, who can use it, and troubleshooting. The 3CX Call Flow Designer requires JEDWare integration 26.9.1 or newer on the 3CX server.
