Hours & holidays is the JEDWare holiday manager for 3CX. It puts the holiday list of every department on one page, so you can see at a glance which dates are covered, which entries are stale and what callers will hear on each closed day. Everything you change here is written to 3CX; JEDWare adds the overview and the shortcuts.

Adding a holiday takes one dialog: pick a one-off date or a yearly repeat, choose the departments it applies to, and select the prompt callers hear. When a new year comes around, Adding next year’s holidays fills in a whole calendar of public holidays for every department in one go, computed from one of 39 country calendars, so nobody has to type Easter Monday twelve times.

The Right now panel shows whether each department is open, closed, on break or on holiday at this moment, and Close now forces a department closed for the rest of the day when the office has to shut early. The troubleshooting guide explains every panel, banner and message on the page and how to fix a holiday that does not behave as expected.
