With this update, you can set up reports to be emailed or saved to a directory of your choice. You have full control over when these reports are generated and sent.
Please note that using the scheduled reports may increase the workload on your 3CX Server, so it’s best to schedule them outside of normal working hours to avoid any issues.
To ensure you receive the reports via email, add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
You can access the Scheduled Tasks from the menu: Reports -> Task. You’ll find options for both CSV Generation and PDF Generation.
Enjoy the convenience of automated reports and stay on top of your 3CX Calls effortlessly!
