PDF Reports to be send as e-Mail

We’ve added a new feature to Tasks: automatic PDF and CSV report generation for your 3CX Calls.

With this update, you can set up reports to be emailed or saved to a directory of your choice. You have full control over when these reports are generated and sent.

Please note that using the scheduled reports may increase the workload on your 3CX Server, so it’s best to schedule them outside of normal working hours to avoid any issues.

To ensure you receive the reports via email, add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

You can access the Scheduled Tasks from the menu: Reports -> Task. You’ll find options for both CSV Generation and PDF Generation.

Enjoy the convenience of automated reports and stay on top of your 3CX Calls effortlessly!

Report Overview

In the Report overview, you can disable or enable a report, you will find the name and the type, and the schedule. You are able to delete your report, and you can click Run now, to see if the report gives you the needed data right away.
