Eleven wallboard layouts Every layout shows live 3CX data on a screen in the office. Pick the one that fits the team: one queue, many
A JEDWare wallboard is a live screen for a 3CX call center: calls waiting, agents on the phone, answered and lost calls, service level and more, refreshed in real time on a TV, a second monitor or a browser tab. There are eleven wallboard layouts for 3CX, each built for a different room. Layout 1 follows a single queue in large tiles, Layouts 2, 3 and 4 show several queues side by side with or without agents, Layouts 5, 6, 8 and 10 rank agents by inbound or outbound activity, Layout 7 lists every active call, Layout 9 adds Queue Callback, and Layout 12 shows how many callers are waiting as one big number.
Creating a wallboard takes a few minutes: name it, pick a layout, add the queues or agents, set the SLA times and alert colors, and the board is ready. Any wallboard can be shared with a public link that opens without a login, so a screen in the office or a partner’s dashboard shows it without a JEDWare account. SLA sound alerts warn the room when a caller has waited too long.
The guides below start with How to create a wallboard and the Wallboard Gallery, which shows a picture of every layout, then describe each layout and its settings in its own article, plus the SLA sound alerts.
For the sales-side overview of a JEDWare 3CX wallboard, the eleven layouts and the share link for TVs, see the feature page.
